It All Started When…

S. J. Epps Joinery was founded by Steve Epps, who has been completing high-end carpentry projects in the Hampshire area for 50+ years, working at a variety of joinery companies before opening his workshop over 40 years ago. Since then, he has been producing high-quality cabinetry and joinery around Hampshire. His exceptional workmanship is evidenced by his clients consistent loyalty, still to this day building for clients he worked with in his company’s formative years. This has transcended generations with Steve completing work for clients’ children after they had grown up. 

In recent years, Steve has taken a more personalised approach with the projects taken on by the workshop. The workshop currently runs with two joiners, Steve and Ben, allowing relationships to develop with the clients and to allow a more in-depth design process resulting in finished products that are one of a kind.
